Oh my gosh, there are soooooooo many mangoes in Peru right now and they are so delicious, so ripe, and soooooooo cheap. I’ve eaten more than I can count. One day I even tried making mango jam. Didn’t turn out so well - next year I think I’ll find an actual recipe instead of just mixing with lots and lots of sugar.

I never though I could sick of the deliciousness that is mangoes but I think I finally did. Who knows, maybe it was the marmalade that makes me naseaous to smell mangos. Anyway, I think I’m going to hold off until next year.
