Peruvian children are fascinated with blowing bubbles. This is my counterpart’s daughter and her nephew (doesn’t he look gringo?) blowing some sweet bubbles.

MAIL CALL RULES:
-all packages should be able to fit in a padded envelope
-on the green and white customs form you have to fill out and stick to the package:
-write “gift”, so that it is declared as “non-commercial stuff”
-if it asks for the value, no matter what, put some $$ less than $100
-USPS is cheaper than DHL/UPS/FedEx-Mail may take a while to get to me, especially during high season (December)
